Get Audiences and Audiences types with it's performance metrics

Hi,

I want to fetch audiences segments and audiences types with performance metrics like clicks, impressions etc

I tried using user_interests and campaign_audience_view but both response doesn't matched interanally and din't find any connection in between

Check attached screenshots for reference about how we want to display data.

please checked attached screenshots of Audiences insights in that there's a list of audiences segments and with that I want performance metrics values like clicks , impressions etc. I also wanted to segement result with date or month

Please suggest api accoring to this

Hi,

You can query CampaignAudienceView and CampaignCriterion together to see all the campaign level audience criteria with stats (similar to what a campaign level report would provide in the UI). Or you can use AdGroupAudienceView and AdGroupCriterion together for an ad group level view.
 
In some cases the UI shows a hybrid report that combines both ad group and campaign level audiences. The API doesn't natively do that, but you can achieve the same by combining both report views above into a single table on your system. This does involve some additional processing on your side.

The Google Ads API doesn't expose the exact format of "Audience segment" and "Audience segment type" shown in the UI. It can be computed from the criterion type and the resource (e.g. user list) linked from the criterion.

Okay now It's clear. I've implemented a campaign audience view query with campaign criterion and I'm able to get the record the same as the dashboard.
