Code to call a popup to fetch an existing Google Ads account and link it to a manager account

We ran into an issue with the code to call a popup to fetch an existing Google Ads account in order to link it to a manager account. We can do it with the old API version but we're having difficulty with API V8.

Please help to guide us to a relevant example or reference in the latest google ads php library.  This code will show the user a login prompt and give option of granting permission to access ads account.
