Hello,

I applied over a week ago and have yet to receive a response. We'd love to go live as soon as possible, but we need Basic Access approval.

The MCC ID is 670-304-2133

Please let me know what is delaying this process.

I did not receive any case ID after applying the form. I would like to understand why there is no feedback on this.

I have the exact same thing. Not received any case id and no response on contact forms. Just standard messages. Maybe the form is broken or something else is going on...?
