Based on the information provided, I understand that you are trying to update the video responsive ad using the Google Ads API and encountering the MUTATE_NOT_ALLOWED error. Kindly note that as per the API documentation, you cannot perform the mutate operations for the video responsive ads using the Google Ads API. I would recommend you to refer to this Ad type compatibility guide as it clearly explains the capabilities and limitations for each ad type. The MUTATE_NOT_ALLOWED error you are receiving is a valid response because the API does not support this operation for this VideoResponsiveAd type.
