Custom affinity audience targeting

When we create a new display campaign, in the audience tab, the custom affinity audience suggestions are loaded. How to get this list of interest using API. Screenshot attached.

Thank you for posting your concern.

Could you clarify first whether you want to use AdWords API or Google Ads API for retrieving customer affinity audience?

If you want to get the custom affinity audience using Google Ads API then, you may read this document to know more details about it. As for AdWords API, I am afraid that this feature is not supported here.
