Empty data in some metrics when the network is "Search partners"

Hi Google Support,

I pull "KEYWORDS_PERFORMANCE_REPORT" , The fields are:
"AccountCurrencyCode"
"CampaignId"
"CampaignName"
"AdNetworkType1"
"Impressions"
"Clicks"
"Cost"
"Date"
"SearchImpressionShare"
"SearchRankLostImpressionShare"
"SearchExactMatchImpressionShare"
"FinalUrls"
"Device"
"Engagements"
"Interactions"
"Id"
"AdGroupId"
"AdGroupName"
"Criteria"
"KeywordMatchType"
"QualityScore"
"FirstPageCpc"
"TopOfPageCpc"
"Conversions"
"AdNetworkType2"
"PostClickQualityScore"
"SearchPredictedCtr"
"CreativeQualityScore"
"TopImpressionPercentage"
"AbsoluteTopImpressionPercentage"
"SearchAbsoluteTopImpressionShare"
"SearchTopImpressionShare"

the metrics "SearchImpressionShare", "SearchRankLostImpressionShare", "SearchExactMatchImpressionShare", "SearchAbsoluteTopImpressionShare", "SearchTopImpressionShare", "SearchRankLostAbsoluteTopImpressionShare", "SearchBudgetLostAbsoluteTopImpressionShare", "SearchRankLostTopImpressionShare", and "SearchBudgetLostTopImpressionShare" retrieved as 0's when the "AdNetworkType2" value is "Search partners".... and that is different from what I see on Google Adwords side.
Is there any idea why I receive 0's in the metrics when the network is "Search partners"? can you help please?

That makes complete sense to me.
"Search partners" are websites which are NOT owned by Google, every time a page is queried that website may, or may not ask Google to show any ads. In other words, Google does not know how many times that website was queried, and therefore cannot determine how often you ad could have been advertised.

So I wonder what you see on the Google Ads UI?
