Can not recreate AdgroupName on the campaign which it is recreated

Dear Ad-words supporters,

I am using Adwords API to push keywords on Adwords. My client account is that: xxx-xxx-xxxx

When i push the keyword "jergens natural glow" on Adwords, my application is using Adwords API to creating a campaign name and adgroup name, that is:

-  CampaignName: ZBZP-jergens

-  AdgroupName: jergens natural glow

After that i removed this campaignName "ZBZP-jergens" And then i re-push up again keyword "jergens natural glow" on Adwords, there is a campaignName is created, but AdgroupName was not created.

I have three question belows:

1. why Adword API can not create adgroupName on the above case?

2. How to delete (remove) campaign that after the removing then it is not displayed on adwords?

3. When CampaignName was removed then could it is re-updated status to PAUSED or ENABLED

Please see my answer provided below for each of your question.

-To further investigate the issue, could you provide the complete SOAP request and response logs together with customer ID and error message via Reply privately to author option? You can enable the SOAP logging by referring to the 'readme' section of corresponding client library you are using.

"2. How to delete (remove) campaign that after the removing then it is not displayed on adwords?"

-If you are asking how to delete campaigns permanently and not be visible anymore in the Google Ads UI, I am afraid that this is not possible. The removed campaigns are still visible in the UI, unless you will filter the campaigns by 'ENABLED' or 'PAUSED' status only.

"3. When CampaignName was removed then could it is re-updated status to PAUSED or ENABLED?"
-I'm afraid that it is currently not possible to update the status of removed campaigns back into either 'PAUSED' or 'ENABLED'.
