Hello everyone,
I would like to know if it is normal that I cannot open a Keyword Planner from the Google Ads web interface but created from the API (in Python). When I open the new Keyword Plan created through the API, an error is displayed while loading. (See the screenshot in attachment)
Even with the sample code in the documentation I get the error : https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/keyword-planning/generate-historical-metrics

That said, you may note that our API team can only provide support for issues encountered with the API. Google Ads UI errors such as the one in your screenshot are better discussed with the Google Ads Product Support team, as they are better equipped for such matters. You may then reach their team via this help center

As for your API concern "

request and
response logs, and the
request-id? If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by referring to this
Python logging guide.
Furthermore, since our team can only provide support in English could you also share an English translation of the error encountered in the UI for our team's additional reference?
