UAC Re-engagement Campaigns not showing up in Campaign Performance Report

Hi,

I am pulling Campaign Performance Report and it sends us metrics like spend/cost, impressions etc. for all UAC campaigns we are running EXCEPT UAC Re-engagement campaigns. Is it expected? how can I get spend metrics for UAC Re-engagement campaigns?

Looking forward to a resolution.

Hi,

This is expected behavior from the AdWords API reports as Mobile App Engagement Campaigns are currently not supported. Let me know if you have further clarifications.

Is there any way for us to pull Spend numbers for this campaign? If so, how do we do that? When do you expect to support such campaigns into the report, if ever?

Unfortunately, there are currently no workaround solutions to pull spend metrics for UAC engagement campaigns. I could not provide a comment when this will be supported. You may keep an eye on our blog for updates and announcements on this.

Hi Igor,

Apologies for the delay in response. The App Campaigns for Engagement are currently supported through Google Ads API. You could use campaign resource to retrieve the campaign data where campaign.advertising_channel_sub_type  field will give APP_CAMPAIGN_FOR_ENGAGEMENT for these campaigns. Let us know if you need any additional information.
