First AdWords API call - GetRefreshToken not found

I am a total newby and am trying to make my first AdWords API call. I have been following the instructions at
https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/first-api-call but am stuck.

In Eclipse (I use LiClipse) I get the error message that "adwords.axis.auth.GetRefreshToken" cannot be found (in German).
What should I do?

This looks like a maven project setup issue in your local environment. Please follow these instructions to setup your maven project correctly before requesting a refresh token.
