How to upload a CSV file having an User List via. REST API call

Hi,

I want to create a Customer List via. API call.

On the UI i can see that there is an option to upload a CSV file.

But, in the REST API documentation I don't see any fields for the same.

So, my questions are: 

1. How to upload a CSV file having an Customer List via. REST API call?
2. How to use the uploaded customer list to target my campaign?

With regard to your questions, please refer to my answers below:

I am afraid that the Google Ads API does not support uploading of a CSV file. With this, you will need to create a process on your end that will get the information from the CSV file to be supplied  with this implementation of uploading customer matches.

"2. How to use the uploaded customer list to target my campaign?"
You can use the CampaignCriterionService to associate customer lists to specific campaigns.

Which API call should I use? What field should I use? Could you please provide the documentation link?

I would suggest referring to this document to know more information about how to manage customer lists in Google Ads API. With the help of the document, you will know what information you need to consider in your CSV file to become parameters of the API requests and you will know what information you will extract from the prepared CSV file.
