How can I exclude "Low search volume" keywords from my API call?

Hi guys,

I'm trying to exclude "Low search volume" keywords from my API call with no results. I tried "SystemServingStatus" set to eligible but they're still in my response.

Can somebody tell me if this is possible via the API and if so which service i should use?
