Add Keywords to Negative list

Hi, 

Is there any option to add keywords to Negative List  / Account Level /Campaign Level?

Also can we exclude Search terms?  I had been searching for hours and the links just goes on in circles with the Google Ads API documentation to Google Adwords Api doc. 

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance

Thank you for posting your concern.

Please see my answer below for each question:

add keywords to Negative List

-You can use SharedCriterionService.MutateSharedCriteria to add keyword on a negative list / shared set.

add keywords to Account Level
-This is not possible in the Google Ads API as the only criteria / targeting supported at the account level are listed here.

add keywords to Campaign Level
-You can use the CampaignCriterionService.MutateCampaignCriteria to add negative keywords at campaign level.

-Please note that it is not possible to exclude search terms and I would suggest referring to this document to know more information about it. However, if you want to add it as keywords and to exclude it, then you can use the CampaignCriterionService.MutateCampaignCriteria or AdGroupCriterionService.MutateAdGroupCriteria and set the negative field as true.
