Adwords API and Integration with Microsoft Marketing

I have some toubles with connecting Microsoft Dynamics Marketing (MDM) to Google Adwords API. It needs the Developer token. I need to test MDM. They (MDM manual) say that MDM can connect to Google Adwords API, but it is not. It is asking me about some account number information ("Your report couldn’t be downloaded. Check the account number information and the filter parameters.") I`ve spoken with your colleagues from Google Adwords they sad that my Developer token is not approved yet and it is might be reason of such error. I`ve registered at July, 28th.

Could you tell me, how long can I whait for approving my Token and, If you know, how can I connect my Google Adwords API account to MDM. I suppose it is might be similar way to do it as like with similar software.
