Where to find Developer Token

I am having trouble locating our developer token. I followed the
online documentation to My Client Center and clicked on the "My
Account" tab. From there I have looked in both the "Access" and
"Account Preferences" sections and have not found it. Please let me
know what I am doing wrong.

Hello,

If you don't see an "AdWords API Center" tab listed under the "My
Account" tab then the account in question doesn't have AdWords API
access. Can you confirm that you're logged in to the correct account?
Only My Client Center (MCC) accounts can have AdWords API access, so
if you're logged in as your normal AdWords account that might be the
problem.

I only have one user for my account and according to the Access tab of
My Account, it is at the MCC Administrative Access level. My username
is usim+e...@encirclemedia.com if anyone wants to check.

It turns out that we were not signed up for the correct account type.
It was fixed and now we have access to the dev token. Thanks.
