Thanks for reaching out. With regards to your concern, can you please share the complete detailed request and response logs along with customer id of the call via Reply privately to the author so that I can further investigate the issue.

For your second concern, you can use AdvertisingChannelSubType to get app list. Let me know if this is what you're looking for. If not can you please provide screenshot of the UI.
