Google ads : Missing some ads in ads reports from google ads dashboard and also not found some ads in API's.

Google Ads dashboard Ads Performance Report: displays total 23 ads where cost value is greater than 0.00 and Ad Status is all, but when i will create report from it then it will be display total 19 ads where cost is greater than 0.00 and Ad Status is all for date is 27-January-2020 to 27-January-2020.

Regarding reports i have API's calls for getting ads data

1> API's result is same as results of reports there are missing some ads that are missing in Reports.

So my question is how can i get all ads using API can you please describe here ?

• Your client customer ID
• Screenshots from the UI where you are seeing a discrepancy
• The complete report definition you are using to download the report using the API
