Date in Google Click Performance

Hi,

Following the last changes on GCLID, that is now being generated on Impression time - 

What does the Date field on Google Click performance State for - 

1. Is it the Date of the Impression ? 

2. Is it the Date of the Last Click ?

The Date field pertains now to the time when the impression was made. You may refer to this blog post for more information.
