What exactly is the difference between the KeyWordPlanner and the TargetingIdeaService? Also, can AdSense be used just for the website in general or does it have to be used for advertisement?

Hi Simran,

There is no specific difference on the two that I am aware of since TargetingIdeaService is offered to achieve similar goals as the Keyword Planner has. However, there are some instances that the results in TargetingIdeaService is different from the results of Keyword Planner which is due to the TargetingIdeaSelector configuration as discussed here.

Regarding the question about AdSense, please post it to this forum as we only support AdWords API concerns.
