Can we schedule campaign budget consumption by day?

What I would like to do is something like this:
Overall budget: $1,000
Campaign duration: 3 days

Is there any set up that can help automate the budget consumption like this:
Day 1 - 30%
Day 2 - 30%
Day 3 - 40%
without having to manually adjust the budget everyday.
