I am getting this error after upgrading my Google Adwords API from V201705 to V201802.

In this version they removed soapextension so I commented soapextension related code in my app.config as they given instructions in this https://github.com/googleads/googleads-dotnet-lib/wiki/Upgrading-your-client-library-to-v22.0.0.

Please can anyone assist me to solve this issue.
