Is there a way to add members to a user list with the Google Ads API?

Is there a equivalent of the MutateMembersOperand in the Google Ads API? If not, is there any other way to add members to a user list?

Thank you for reaching out to us. I see that you want to add members to a user list in Google Ads API. You should be able to use UserListService to create or update user lists via Google Ads API. It looks like you're able to modify attributes of the user list, but not actually add members to the list. Is this understanding correct?

I am having the same issue here. Adding or removing members seems supported by Adwords but not by Google Ads API. I contacted support and there were not able to confirm this.

That is correct. The counterpart for AdwordsUserListService is UserListService in Google Ads. The fields that you can update for a userlist are listed here. Unfortunately, Google Ads currently does not support adding members to a userlist, but there is a request for this feature to be included.
