Hi Ewin,
The total of all records is not supported in the Google Ads API. While it is possible to retrieve the total count from the rows returned :
Getting the summary of the report is now supported in Google Ads API reporting. You will just need to configure the summary_row_setting of the GoogleAdsService.Search or summary_row_setting of GoogleAdsService.SearchStream in order to do this.
It is currently not possible to get the total of those records that are not included in the response. So that I can create a feature request, could you also provide the screenshot you attached translated to English? This is so that I can capture which exact UI field I will be specifying in the feature request.
