Pending approval basic access.

Hello.
   

A few days ago I applied for a basic access to AdWords API Center. I filled out the AdWords API Form. Send request.
But Access level still looks like "Test accounts. Apply for basic access."

I do not see any change in the status, for example -  "Pending" or something like that. I did not get letters.

How can I be sure that the request was sent?
