Basic access request: no response

I have requested Basic Access for the Google Ads API about two months ago and haven't heard back from anyone.

I also tried contacting you with the form, and still haven't got a response.

Google Ads Manager Account ID (MCC): 839-250-3921

Case ID: Never received a case ID

Please provide me with an update.
