Notifications on Root Certificate Changes

Hi,

I'm reaching out on behalf of our data engineering team, they are finding the Enhanced Conversions pipeline is breaking due to changes in the root certificates.

I was wondering if there is a support page or something similar, as ultimately we want to be notified about root certification changes for google ads enhanced conversions whenever possible. For Bing, they have this page for example: Azure Certificate Authority details | Microsoft Learn

Any help would be appreciated!

Please confirm if you are using Google Ads enhanced conversions ? If so, please note that certificate-related issues are outside the scope of the Google Ads API. Kindly note that this support channel specializes in Google Ads API related concerns and technical implementations only. However, as it appears that your concern is more related to Google Ads product rather than with the Google Ads API.

If you are using Google Ads, could you please share the Google Ads customer ID so that we can route you to the product support team?

That is correct, it relates Google Enhanced Conversions and being notified on the certificate changes here. One relevant account ID is 925-132-2198.

 

If you could point me to the relevant team that would be very helpful!
