Hi,

We are using Ads API and generating ads with ad_parameters (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/fields/v15/ad_parameter) but parameters working very bad. For example we have parameter with price like "price from {param1:1 689}$". After generating via api in preview we see that all correct and our ad looks like "price from 1 689$" but after publishing to live, in search results we see " price from 11 689$". Promblem with number of parameter "1" that for some reason not cutted and adding to starter price.

First screen preview with parameters

It's how it's look as real AD

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

After reviewing your concern, I understand that you are having discrepancy between Google Ads API and Google Ads UI.

In order to assist you further, could you provide us with the complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end along with the uncropped UI screenshot of the issue.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java.NetPHPPythonRuby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.

You can send the details via Reply privately to the author option, or direct private reply to this email.
