Hi,
This error usually means the email and password are invalid. The best way to troubleshoot is to use the same values to log into the AdWords UI: https://adwords.google.com

Hi,
I am able to https://adwords.google.com using my username and password, but I still get 403 Forbidden from api.
Code use to work, but now it throws 403 exception.
Thanks

Hi Mona,
Could you login once to https://adwords.google.com from the server where your code is running? That should hopefully fix your issues. If not, let me know what additional error message is returned by the ClientLogin server when you get a 403 error. I'll investigate further.
