Google Ads API: Basic access help

I've applied twice for a basic access, the first time about 6 months ago, the second 2 weeks ago. I never received any answer. I've also tried contacting Google via its official form, but to no avail.

Google Ads Manager Account ID (MCC): 874-023-9937
Case ID: I never received a case ID
Access type: Basic Access

What cab I do to expedite this?
