Payment Profile for Google Ads

Hello Netizens, 
I'm having trouble setting up a payment profile for running ads. I tried adding payment method from billing tab, it wasn't there, only payment profile option was visible. 

Please help if you can. It seems newer as most of youtube guides and even google help desk refers to the "payment method" option from the billing tab and it isn't there.

Hi,

The Google Ads customer ID is a 10-digit ID in the format XXX-XXX-XXXX, which you can find in the top right corner of your Google Ads account.

Also, you may follow this article to find your Google Ads customer ID.

I think it's the account number, as the instruction isn't matching my UI.

It's a manager account.
