In Google AdWords API we have a method "GetOperationCountForLastCall",
how can I get it in a google Ads API?

Please note that there’s already no get operations, you can check these Release notes to check the functionality and changes added in v10.0.
You can check this documentation for unified object retrieval and reporting service of the Google Ads API using GoogleAdsService . I would also suggest you check this API Limits and Quotas guide for yourself to become familiar with the related limits.
