Changes failed to save!

Hello! 

I need help in the following issue! I’m trying to create a new search campaign  on Google Ads and everything seems fine until I’am in review step it doesn't let me publish and a „Changes failed to save" error appears without a proper context or explanation. I cleared the browser cash and cookies, resized the images, optimized the titles and descriptions so I did everything I though it causes the problem.  My internet browser is Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Thanks for your help in advance!!!!!!!!!  Some other people had the same problem!
