Basic Access Token no response

Hello Google Team,

I am reaching out to follow up on my application for a Basic access token for the Google Ads API, it has now been a while now since i submitted the application (more than a week)

Can you please inform me where I can check the status of my application or find the case ID?

Here are my details:

• Google Ads Manager Account ID (Pixxi CRM): 393-411-6148

Case ID: Not available even though case is submitted
