Python Client Library Updated (v3.0.2)

[AdWords API Advisor]

An updated version of Python client library is available from
http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-python-lib/. This is a
major release and includes the following changes and updates*:

- Removed support for v11. Set default version to v12.
- Added support for thread safety.
- Started removing version dependent code, to automate future
version upgrades.
