Thank you for reaching out. The error "Failed to refresh access token" indicates that your refresh token is probably expired. There might be an issue with your OAuth Credentials. Could you please try to regenerate a new set of credentials by following this guide and try making a call against API. If the issue persists, could you please provide the complete logs and the email address using which the credentials are generated for me to investigate this further?
