Google-Ads API V1.0 - max length for string value

What is the maximum length for string value fields for  'Name' fields.

[googleadsapi...@google.com]

The Headlines in the ads usually have the limits as mentioned in this article. The Bidding Strategy name has a limitation and should be between 1 and 255, inclusive. You may refer the corresponding services to find the specific limits. Could you please elaborate on the specific field length limits that you're referring to?
