How to create or share scripts between adwords account using api?

i can't create adwords scripts using api for my client ads account via oauth2, i read on google ads rest doc, said: "Since these default Cloud Platform projects for Apps Scripts are hidden". I tested success with api: https://developers.google.com/apps-script/api/reference/rest/v1/projects/create

But wondering how to apply to adwords scripts?
