INTERNAL_ERROR from google ads api in MutateBachJob. Please help!

Hi folks,

We're in process of migration from Adwords API to Google Ads API and we are experiencing internal erros from Google Ads API in some batch mutate jobs for bidding updates.

We have approximately 900 accounts with lots of keywords on each and we do bid changes daily for each account. It all works as expected in Adwords API. We started to migrate some accounts to use the Google Ads API and some of them cannot complete a MutateBatchJob for bidding updates, others do. For these accounts that are not working we are receiving this error message from the request:

Fault
-------
Status code: 13
Details: Internal error encountered.
Failure: {"errors":[{"errorCode":{"internalError":"INTERNAL_ERROR"},"message":"An internal error has occurred."}],"requestId":"REDACTED"}  

All our requests follow the same pattern and we did not find any mistakes on our side. Its strange that for some accounts it works fine but for others don't. The same batches works 100% fine in Adwords API.

We need some help to identify where the problem is since the error message does not provide any additional details.

We kind of running out of time for this migration and this error at this moment is kind of scary.

I hope someone can help me. I can send you the soap request log that generates the error and any other additional information that may be necessary to resolve this problem.

To investigate the issue, could you provide the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end where we can see the error?
