Pessoal, 

Alguém poderia me ajudar?

Atualizamos os produtos de um cliente de XML para API, porém na hora que subir os produtos na campanha de shopping com os nomes dos produtos, o Google não reconhece e informa que "este grupo de produtos não encontrou produtos", mesmo puxando o nome certinho de cada produtos, alguém sabe o que pode ser?

Após atualizar para API, nós subimos lista de SKU's ou de SKU's mais o nome dos produtos? Ou, existe alguma outra opção de subir esses produtos no feed?

Moving forward, it appears that you are having an issue with constructing API request in REST API as this is the format that the Google Ads API is using. With this, I would suggest referring to this document as it presents details specific to REST and explains what you need to know to call the REST interface directly.

However, so that I can take a closer look at the issue and to address it, would you be able to provide the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end where we can see the error? You can provide it via Reply privately to author option.
