Google Ads API - Version 13.0.2 - Always 100% Match Rate

Hi All,

I have pushed 10k members to an audience. I am always getting 100% match rate. This doesnt seem to be right to me . We used to get around 65% match rate when use the old Adwords API. I followed this guide (below) when I did the conversion to the new Google.Ads.GoogleAds API.

We have 3 values (phone number , email and address) are filled up in most of the cases.

Kindly note that match rate concerns are generally outside of our API support team's scope, even if the uploads were performed via API. When API uploads are successful, Product level factors should then affect the final values reflected regarding match rate. That said, and for further guidance and more in depth information on the high match rates, I recommend that you reach out instead to the Google Ads Product Support team, via this link , as they are better equipped to provide guidance on this matter.

On the other hand, In the API's perspective, apart from the indication that there are a high number of current active users in your audiences lists, high match rates also usually indicate no API upload errors, and formatting and hashing based on the API's customer match guidelines have been correctly implemented.
