is it impossible to upload Android Ad id for Making remarketing list?

i hava Google ad id csv format file. i wanna upload this file and make userlist Using Adwords api.

i found some example.

but this example use email data. i wanna Google AD ID.

so is it possible to make remarketing list using Andorid AD ID or Apple idfa?

Sorry, but uploading android advertising ID or IDFA file is not supported via the AdWords API.
