Despite submitting our requests through the form, we have yet to receive any response or acknowledgement from the team. This token is crucial for our development process, and the lack of communication is impacting our progress.

Could someone from the support team provide an update on the status of our requests, or guide us on how to expedite this process? Any information or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
