Still waiting over 2 weeks for basic access for Google Ads API

Hi team. We applied for basic access, over 2 weeks ago and we've heard nothing back. Our request is not complex. Can you please chase this up for us?

I also experienced the same issue. I have now submitted a ticket to the compliance team. Any idea on what the response time is? I submitted the ticket approx 2 hrs ago.
