Are Rule based remarketing lists supported in V201402?

All the resources are before it's release is it supported yet? or is there a way I can fetch it? Any plans for future releases?

Are you referring to the rule-based user interest groups described here?  If so, that link contains a guide and code samples for this feature.

I'm bit of a novice on AdWords API, but if you can see the image, what I fetch is that remarketing list in which a Rule exists where url equals to http://blahblah.com/adwords-api, I'm guessing I need to work with reports but getting a bit confused at the same time too. I need to pull the number of clicks and the conversions stored in the MCC account corresponding to the conversion script linked to that remarketing list.

Am I making sense? I've a thing to complicate things..it'd be really great if I can get an example in PHP btw.

Hi,

As far as I can tell, you can only create tag-based remarketing lists through the API.  The AddAudience example shows how to do this in PHP.
