Hi everyone,

We saw on documentation about "Implicit segmentation". For example when I call all search terms for an account i'll have in return a segmentation by adgroup. Thats the defalut behavior since search terms are shared resoures. (Correct me if im wrong)

Docs are great (Here) but i was wondering if there is any clean way to aggregate this results from the request query so we dont have to do it with our code.

I Hope it's well explained.

Thank you

Hello Boris,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

With regard to your observation regarding Implicit segmentation, yes you're correct. As per our documentation, every report is initially segmented by the resource specified in the FROM clause.

As for your question if there is any clean way to aggregate this results from the request query, we suggest that you read through this guide as there are default fields for any Attributed Resources.

Thank you for your answer.

I undestand about default fields that are always returned.

Please have a look at the link Here, I want this two "google photos" search term rows aggregated in one single row. It's possible?

thank you

Hi Boris,

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Search terms are structured by its resource name, which includes the ad group id and the search term id.
