Using adwords API to add user access to MCC account

Is it possible to utilize AdWords API to add someone using their email to the MCC account in order to view/edit campaigns?

I'm afraid, granting access to the users to view/edit is currently not supported through the API. However, I will share your concern with the team. Meanwhile, you may refer to this article on how to grant access to the users from the AdWords UI.
