Applied for Google Ads Api Standard access but have not received any confirmation

Hi

We've applied for standard access but received basic access. Actually we need standard access for our work.

MCC Id = 426-019-7545

We've received approval for basic access after 40 days and after receiving basic access our work is still not started. We've applied for standard access and also created a ticket on compliance team email but didn't received any unique id or confirmation. 

Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Please advise if additional information is needed.
