Hi,

I'm developing a Google Adwords tool, as a Google Partner how do I get approval to get kickback? I keep getting people like Wordstream etc. offering to add my account to their MCC as a sub account with promises of 2% kickback on ads spend, but surely if I have built my own tool with the future to roll it out to others to use I can qualify for the cashback?

Help would be appreciated.
