Converting CSV to an AEA file for Adwords Editor

Hi,

I am not a developer but I need to find out something before I go to
the developers here and waste their time.

I would like to know if there is a tool etc that exists that converts
a csv file into an AEA file that I can import into Adwords Editor.

E.G. I create multiple campaigns with their adgroups, adcopy etc in a
csv file. But I can't import a csv file in AE. I have to create each
campaign and then copy it in section by section. So I would like to be
able to import all of the work I just did to save time, and be able to
edit it if I need to.
