How ofter google ads stats data are updated ? I am working on system which uses google ads api report data for analysis purpose, I am updating last 14 days data in my system form google ads api report

But I can see there is minor difference between past data that was updated month ago in my system vs google ads report UI

So for how long google is updating metrics like cost, impressions, conversions related stats into it's system ?

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

Kindly note that when you upload clicks, conversions, and impressions are delayed by less than 3 hours. In some cases However, some metrics and reports take longer to process or are only calculated once a day (rather than on a continuous basis).

While most reports and metrics are continuously updated, auction insights, impression share, and Search terms are updated a few times a day, and the data in your “Mobile-friendly click rate” column may be up to 14 days old. If you've made recent updates to one of your landing pages, you may need to wait up to 14 days for those changes to be reflected in the column.

I would recommend you to check this help center article About data freshness for more information.

Yes, I have referred to the doc before posting a question here.

Is there any chance that Google ads data is refreshed after 14 days?

Hi,

Thank you for getting back to us.

Yes, there is a chance that Google Ads data is refreshed after 14 days. This can happen for a number of reasons, including:

  • When a conversion occurs days after the initial click
  • When Google detects invalid traffic that needs to be removed
  • When you make changes to your landing pages

While most reports and metrics are continuously updated, auction insights, impression share, and Search terms are updated a few times a day, and the data in your “Mobile-friendly click rate” column may be up to 14 days old. If you've made recent updates to one of your landing pages, you may need to wait up to 14 days for those changes to be reflected in the column.
